The Manitoba Earth Day Committee is hosting an Eco-Cafe and Market on Sunday, April 26th. We are looking for green vendors who may be interested in setting up a table, and thought you may be interested. It sounds as though you have a number of great items made from recycled materials that I think would make a wonderful addition to the event.

Table fee is $40.

Time: 10:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Location: Robert A Steen Community Centre, Wolseley

And I received this info today to share with the Team:
We are inviting the Winnipeg Street Team to participate in the upcoming Philadelphia Buyers Market of American Craft under the umbrella of our guild program, aimed at providing artists who are new to wholesale an affordable opportunity to show their work at the nation’s leading wholesale trade show for work handmade in the U.S. and Canada.
As part of the program, we will reduce the price of any booth 10 x 15 or larger by $1515. At least three artists who have not participated in a wholesale show must exhibit their work in the booth; each must complete a standard application and be accepted to the show.

- At least one of the exhibiting artists must be present to man the booth.

- A 10 x 15 booth may include up to 5 exhibiting artists; more than five artists must be in a 10 x 20 booth or larger.

This program will allow members of your street team to purchase a 10 x 15 booth for only $625; if five artists participate, the cost per artist is just $125.
We are extending this offer to Etsy Street Teams for this summer’s Buyers Market ONLY; the show will be held August 1-3, 2009 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
