I am a manager at Sutton Custom Smithworks. We are a small family business of 7 which includes Holly, an Accredited Jewellery Professional, two goldsmiths, a CADCAM technician, a graphic designer as well as another business owner (also has her A.J.P.) and an Etsy expert! We aspire to create one of a kind unique custom jewellery like no others! Everything from the design, wax creation, casting, and assembly is all done in house. 

Tom Sutton’s goldsmith career started young and it became a passion that would continue on into his later years. For 13 years he was a goldsmith at one of the most recognized jewellers, Birks Jewellers. In 1993 Tom constructed Sutton Smithworks Ltd. As the family name grew throughout the city, the business became established and was forced to expand with additional staff, equipment and technology. Alongside his wife Peggy Sutton, their son James Sutton and the rest of the staff continually work together to create unique and inspiring custom jewellery that has often brought clients to tears of joy.

We sell custom keepsake jewellery featuring soundwaves, images, signatures or any word of choice, as well as a selection of every day silver and gemstone jewellery. We also sell unique engagement rings we have created in our shop. Our demographic is varied: we have a little something for every age group and we can even make custom jewellery for children.
